This location is simply the best. I see Dr. Nordseik and Ian Thomas. They are both very kind and knowledgeable. They take the time to speak with me and hear my concerns. I have had about ten kidney stone surgeries here and I will never go anywhere else. I feel very valued as a patient. All the ladies in the office and the surgery center are amazing.

They did not open the doors. I got here at 12:45 even after calling they wouldn’t answer the phone when I got someone on the phone. Her name was Carmen. She said they don’t open until one so I continued to wait and they didn’t open until after one they left about 10 people outside standing around when the lady opened the door. She said they were in a meeting. That’s no way to treat people specially when it’s cold out. Absolutely ridiculous even the attitude

I love the timely manner and the professionalism displayed by the staff to move you to the next level. Dr. Chaparala is a true professional and easy to express how I am feeling. I recently had need of urology services, as many men of a certain age. I went in with some trepidation. I certainly landed in the RIGHT SPOT. Service was polite and prompt in all facets. When the doctor came in, I did NOT feel like he was in a rush for the next patient. We TALKED. He LISTENED to my history and concerns. He took TIME TO EDUCATE ME. Before I even opened my mouth I could tell we were aligned. I even took a moment to THANK him for his approach and education. This is a rarity in my experience. He did NOT want to just throw medication at symptoms but rather understand what the root cause of my issues were. I will also say, BEST BLOOD DRAW EVER! I can be a challenging stick. The technician hit a productive target FIRST TIME and left ZERO BRUISING! Quick, effective and efficient!
