Yesterday I went in the for tonsil surgery I have a needle phobia so I was really nervous for the IV but let me tell you My nurse named Barbie was the best!! And the women who put the iv but I didn't catch her name! Barbie even braided my hair she was such a sweet heart she did a little dance for me too!!! Honestly the best nurse I've ever had. She was the sweetest! Everyone in that building had top costumer service unlike piedmont they actually care that you're comfortable! I will forever remember Barbie! She helped me with my anxiety in the most bestest way. God bless her. And the surgeon as well!!! He ripped up a mask so Barbie can tie my braid up!!! And I don't know what he did but I'm not in the pain that most people said I was going to be in!!! He's amazing!!! Everyone there is amazing!!!

I have only good things to say today about my experience and service today. Shout out to the 4 health caregivers whose names I remember because they were genuinely kind, friendly, professional, caring, and knowledgeable. Thank you Stella, Tracy, Andrea and Romisa. I value your energy, dedication, and commitment. I was so nervous today and you took care of me.

I cannot find the worlds to describe the staff at this hospital. I had a procedure done today I was scared and nervous, the staff was just phenomenal from the time I check in until I got discharged everyone was so kinds sweet and just supportive. I can absolutely say that I love this staff and this hospital would not want to go anywhere else. I would recommend northside to anyone out there. They are simply the best hands down.

Im glad to tell you the service is 10 out of 10. For those who need to come get any surgical procedures please have peace of mind they have hired real professionals at this facility. You are treated with kindness, respect and patience as you have to go under this type of medical needs. Any questions are answered several times and all will be explained if you wish to. I remember a few names as Mrs Veronica, Mrs Renne, Mrs Celin, the anesthesiology team, and in general all are so nice. Im glad I had my surgery here. Im healing nicely at home and feel I went to the right place for my medical needs.

Excellent experience for my outpatient surgery. Every staff member I had contact with was kind, generous with their time and showed exceptional professionalism. I wish I could list all the names of those that have amazing service but would at least like to mention Celin, Twinkle, and Dr. Gorav. Thank you!
