Worst experience I’ve ever experienced at a doctors office. I am currently 33 weeks pregnant and made an appt due to some complications. The ER referred me to this office. First off the receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I made the appointment I inquired about my co payment for my insurance she advised she couldn’t tell me over the phone. My appointment was at 1:30pm. When I arrived she proceeded to tell I had to wait for her to call the insurance to verify my benefits with Cigna. I waited 40 mins and she called me at 2:15 to tell me my co payment. I advised her the co payment dint seem right for the office visit. She went to the back and spoke to someone and then she comes back out after waiting an additional 10-13 mins to advise me they cannot see me due to the complications I was having and advised me to go back to the ER. When I made the appointment I advised the receptionist the reason for my visit. I was denied care with no explanation!!!!!! I will be filing a discrimination complaint with the state.

I came in for a colonoscopy consultation in December. During the visit, Dr. Indrakrishnan was dismissive when I asked routine questions about the procedure. Rather than explaining or engaging, he appeared irritated, which made me uncomfortable. As a patient, I expect basic courtesy and the opportunity to understand my care, especially for a procedure that involves sedation. I ultimately decided not to proceed at this location and chose another provider for my colonoscopy. Despite this, I was still billed approximately $265 for the visit. Given the lack of communication and professionalism I experienced, I did not feel comfortable being placed under anesthesia by someone who treated me this way. If patient communication and respect are important to you, you may want to consider another provider.

I am very satisfied with my service. Miss Stefani is one of the best one that can help you figure out things that you can’t figure out. I am very happy for these doctors that made my procedure. Very good.

This place completely wasted my time today. I initially had an appointment at 5pm today. They called earlier this week to change it to 12pm today. I said ok, even though im in the busiest work week. I get there today and get taken to the back, only to wait and wait and wait. Finally I come back out to the front and tell the lady that no one has come to get me and no one knows what's going on. Im totally pissed, so I ask for a refund because im leaving. Although they called as I was in the parking lot to come back for the procedure free of charge for the co-pay. I declined. Will not be using them in the future.

I had a colonoscopy at GDC a few weeks ago and it my experience was great. They put my anxiety at ease and treated me with the upmost respect and with dignity. The staff is friendly and kind and I’ll be back in three years to have the procedure done here again.
