I had a great experience here. The ladies at the front desk were great, the Anesthesiologist, was great along with the Doctor. Alesia was simply amazing, other names I remember are Stephany and Carla who were also great. An all-around great experience. A+++
Appointment was set for a MONTH, I took off work, drove thru traffic. For them to sit here and say “we have to reschedule. Doctor canceled everyone’s appointments due to system being down” okay.. system went down but they phones didn’t? Why was no one called and informed their appointments were canceled. Front desk lady who was Hispanic with blonde hair and Indian women were giving me and another lady an attitude as if we don’t have the right to be frustrated! We have every right to be frustrated when a doctor decides to cancel our appointment with NO NOTICE. Tell the Hispanic girl she needs to learn how to handle situations like this cause she was very unprofessional. She just brushed me off when I was letting it be known how frustrated I was. If you book an appointment here make to sure to call ahead of time cause you never know.
Whoever manages scheduling should really reconsider their career choices as the waiting room was full of people waiting 2.5+ hours ( and counting) to be helped. People are hungry and thirsty, and you’re wasting their time. It’s not Rocket science to book and treat people within 30-40 mins from their appointment time. That’s a large grace period considering if you’re 10+ mins late to most medical practices you’re turned away.
I don’t know if it was because I went on a Saturday or something but my experience was great from start to finish. The staff was so friendly and it made an unpleasant procedure so much better for me. I really appreciated them talking to me and just treating me like a human, which I feel like it hard to find these days :)
Some of the negative reviews are puzzling. While it is true that some waiting was required, But it’s a procedure the doctor is performing not waiting for a 4 star table. The nurses had great bedside manner and extremely friendly.
