My experience with the clinic in Laurinburg, NC has been of poor quality and lack of respect for the patients. They don't try to work with you about your treatment or have a treatment plan. I've had problems with appointments, getting in touch with the provider and most of all my prescriptions. The most devastating was when one provider was allowing me 6 pills a day on my prescription. The following month I had a new provider and was taken down to 4. I wasn't given any information on the best, or healthest way to make the adjustments. There has been other issues that don't get addressed. I'm seriously considering legal help. Anita Campbell

I would advise to find a different pain management facility and doctor to visit for your services. Their services are completely horrible. When you call there they always have extremely long hold times. The doctors do not speak with the patients on the phone. The doctors only send messages back and forth through the office staff. The office staff service is horrible and completely rude. The doctors do not really try to help the patients who are experiencing excruciating pain and are having trouble getting to their office especially when they are only open one day a week. They never call you back when they say they will. Someone should been filed a actual complaint about this business for poor service to their patients.

If you are interested in alternatives to surgery then this is the place for you to go. Dr Do and his staff are the best at what they do. I go nowhere else. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone

AWFUL! I'll NEVER return there - especially will NEVER trust Dr. VAIN. RUN, RUN, RUN!! From the entire meducal facility!!! Changing their name to Summit Spine... Same doctor's just changed the name!! Would give a 0 if I could.

Dr. Mandyam is the best doctor I been with. I had neck surgery years ago. And I’ve never been the same but thanks to Dr. Mandyam I’ve been able to keep working and play sports with my kids. This doctor and his team are great.
