While Dr Fogg is amazing, the office staff leaves something to be desired. They have called in multiples of the same medication on the same day. Sent in conflicting orders for tests to the same provider causing them to cancel my testing until the can figure out which is the correct order. At this point I'm ready to go search for another office. BUT thank youto Dr. Fogg.
Highly recommend this Urology Group. Wait time for scheduling appointments and getting into the office to see the doctor is very minimal. The staff is professional, respectful and makes you feel welcomed and at ease. Wait times are less than 15 minutes. Wait time in exam room until doctor arrives is minimal just a very few minutes. Attentive to medical history, labs and other diagnostic testing as well as explanation of recommended treatments in terms that are easily understood. Definitely our family will continue using this office in the future.
My husband went in for long needed update on his medical condition. Nurse Practitioner Weeks was very informed with his needs and explained everything we needed to know. She ordered blood work to check his PSA. She answered all of our questions and was very kind and helpful. Office staff also were friendly and efficient. We didn't have to wait long at all. I highly recommend this practice for anyone with Urology needs.
I went in for my yearly check up. The receptionist check my insurance and ID upfront and she took my payment. I waited out front until the young lady called me back., They checked my urine then the young lady had me to get up on the table and she did an ultrasound of my bladder. Then a few minutes later the doctor came in Dr. Woo and he went over everything with me told my urine was OK. My bladder was completely empty. He wanted to see me in one year he asked where to send my prescriptions. I told him I was going to change my insurance over so he wrote me out one year prescription. He gave me a little cup and told me if I had an infection to take a sample and bring it in right away. I didn’t have to wait and I was dismissed. Went up front and made my appointment for one year.
My experience with this doctor’s office has been extremely disappointing. It is nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone, and when you do, you’re often directed to voicemail. Unfortunately, messages are rarely, if ever, returned. Over the course of a week, I left several voicemails without a single response. I was told a prescription would be called in, but it took several days to process. When I asked to speak with an office manager, I was placed on hold for several minutes and ultimately told they were unavailable. How convenient! This level of communication and follow-through is unacceptable for a medical office. Patients deserve timely responses and reliable care coordination, neither of which this office seems able to provide. I truly hope they address these ongoing issues, as this experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I would strongly advise others to consider a different option than to come here.
