Everyone was professional, friendly and accommodating until I arrived at the payment/scheduling appointments window. A lady, who identified herself as Neddie, began giving me a date for a yearly check-up and one for seeing a new doctor in the practice - without asking me for a time frame I could come. I drive to Gainesville, GA from Fleming Island, FL every 3 months to see my doctors. Dr. Hollar told me to make an appointment in 3 months (or else I would have told him I could make it in 3 months or 6 months), but the lady, Neddie, was going to make it for 4 months. It wasn’t what she said, it was what she didn’t say - and her impatience with me, a 74 year old lady. I finally asked her if she had had a bad day, to which she added that she had not. So I imagine she treats all patients the same or I, the last patient, was special! Dr. Diane S. Bryant

The office staff are all friendly and helpful. Dr. Hayek is friendly, caring, and professional. He listened and addressed all my issues and concerns. He took care of my problem area that I was getting seen with great care. I 100 percent recommend him for your business.

First time viisit: Nurse was prompt, did not keep me waiting. Dr. Soft spoken friendly with a sense of humor. I trust him. Summer was warm and inviting, kind and helpful. Trusting this team to cut on my eye lids. Not something I was comfortable to begin with. I am a lot more confident about upcoming procedures now.

Doctor Holler is always very informative and takes the time to listen to your thoughts and concerns. The optometry staff is very knowledgeable and patient when you are picking out new glasses. The entire experience is always very pleasant. I highly recommend this North Georgia Eye Associates.
