Dr. Crowder is a personable and very knowledgeable doctor. He makes me feel very comfortable and I know I’m getting the best medical advice for my needs. His staff is great too. We will definitely recommend him to others.
Dr Crowder and staff, especially Heather were ALL very thorough , professional, and pleasant. My first visit so we did a lot of benchmark testing which was reassuring that they want to get it right for my long term health. The office is run with precision and they were were “Spot On” prompt. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
It was my first visit, it was recommended. The facility was very nice and clean. The staff very nice, very professional. The assistant who took care of me with the testing was amazing. It was a pleasure to meet Dr Lebow. She made me feel comfortable and addressed all of my concerns. OAN: I had a little trouble getting to the place because for some reasons even though I typed the address in my GPS kept rerouting me to random places which was strange, but I did get there. Lol
Dr. Liz Ellison was extremely patient with my 8 year olds exam. She took her time in obtaining an accurate prescription while remaining prompt in time management. Her assistant was kind and attentive. Both Provider and team were knowledgeable! Great experience!
The Doctors in this location are fantastic, but that’s about it. Support staff is largely disinterested and unhelpful, bordering on malpractice. I arrived for one appointment and was dilated upon arrival, only to then be told I could not be seen for my issue because I was dilated. When I returned for my follow-up appointment to get the correct help, the same person attempted to dilate me again and I had to stop her and demand the doctor instead. They seem to have an empty or non-existent inventory of trial contact lenses, I have been told they don’t have them available twice now. The practice also seems to completely shut down for lunch, phones and all, but somehow schedules patients to arrive for appointment times during the lunch period, which leads to all of the after-lunch appointments being backed up and running late with a packed waiting room.
