The most unprofessional and disorganized facility we have ever encountered. My father needed hernia repair surgery and his doctor suggested this facility because there aren't any coronavirus patients here, since it's a surgery center for small procedures and plastic surgery. My father was scheduled for surgery here at 1pm and showed up at 11:30am (per their instructions). When he arrived, they didn't even take his temperature. Can you believe it?! Temperatures are taken everywhere you go now - restaurants, barber shops, etc. But not here apparently! My father has chronic kidney disease and due to his new medication, he typically drinks 17 cups of water a day. He was told not to drink or eat anything for 12 hours before surgery. He was waiting in the waiting room and the doctor showed up at 1pm (the time of his scheduled surgery) and he told him he looks dehydrated. Apparently, there is only one surgery room available in that facility and they only take 3 patients per day. The room was being used for a patient from early morning until 1:30pm - her surgery took very long. At 1:30, a patient that was scheduled before my father went in for her surgery. And this was after his appointment time at 1pm. He was getting more and more dehydrated as he was waiting. Everytime he would check with the front desk staff to get an update, they struggled to explain what was going on and left him wondering if he was able to have his surgery that day. At 3pm and with no update still (facility closes at 5pm), my father couldn't take it anymore and drank some water because he felt like he was going to pass out. He ended up leaving and not getting his surgery done. All they said to him was "we're sorry." Can you imagine how frustrating this is and a huge waste of time and energy? He ended up getting his surgery done in a hospital and had a much better experience. Learn from his experience and do NOT come to this center for any surgery. You will regret it if you do.
