Update, Ms. Ashton the administrator called me and apologized for poor communication given and voicemails that were full. She said that the doctor’s office was informed of the requirements on medication so both places give their patients the same information. She said that they were addressing the voicemails so other patients could leave messages. Thank you for returning my message for a return call and addressing my concerns. Rating updated. Very poor communication. Called the office several times regarding an upcoming appointment. Asked for a nurse to give me information on medications prior to the appointment. I was told to go by information the doctor gave me. I was calling more than a week in advance of appointment. I was called six days in advance and advised I should have stopped a medication eight days prior and the person would have to talk to a doctor and get back to me. I contacted the doctor and left a message. I called Park Place Surgery Center back and was told my appointment had to be rescheduled. I asked for the director/administrator and she was off for the day. The person transferred me to the director Ashton, so I could leave a message. Ashton’s voicemail was full. I called back and chose pre- surgery extension just to find that voicemail is full also. Called back again and the front desk said that she would write a note and leave it for her. Guess no one else is a supervisor at this surgical center who I could talk to. Overall this is unacceptable, unprofessional for a surgical center. I am highly disappointed customer/client/patient.

Phenomenal staff from front desk to nursing and medical. It is worth the drive from Belle Isle to Maitland. If I could give more than five stars I would!

Currently 5 minutes post Cervical Injection, this place is amazing! Skye was my initial nurse and she was beyond comforting and welcoming, it put my nerves at ease. Once I got into the operating room it went so smooth and I couldn’t have asked for a better team of medical professionals to perform this surgery! And although it was 6:15 am everybody was upbeat and seem like they love what they do. - Malik P.

My experience there was great. I love that the doctor prays with his patients. The staff in the front desk as well as the staff in back are awesome and the nurses. They all have such a wonderful personality. I would recommend the facility to anyone.

What a great experience I had in this center. From the front desk that receives you and makes you feel welcome to the staff inside. The process of the paperwork is simple and accurate. Then, the nurse prepares you very well, you hardly feel the intravenous catheter passing through your vein. Then, comes the anesthesiologist nurse and the anesthesiologist explaining step by step the whole process. And then the relievant people introduced to you. And something that impacted me was when Dr. Creamer came to review the MRI report with me, the whole procedure with its risks and possible complications and said a prayer to the Heavenly Father to take his hands as an instrument declaring a Word of healing and relief for my life. As a doctor and a believer too, this also touched my heart because I used to do that every day with my patients. This team have excellent bedside manners! God continues to bless you all greatly. I would wanted to remember each other's names. It should be noted that I never said I was a doctor and they didn’t treat me special. They treat everyone there same way…
