10/10 do NOT recommend. Called us 5 days before our daughter’s surgery to let us know we owed almost $2300 more than we were expecting. Not only that but a majority of what they wanted to collect was the deductible which was already being paid to the provider. Unfortunately, given the short notice we had to cancel our daughter’s surgery. It’s pretty sad when you can’t get medical care for your child because all AdventHealth cares about it $$$.

I took my daughter for an upper GI and had a great experience. The facility was easy to find and very clean. The nurses, anesthesiologist, and doctor were all excellent. They took time to explain everything to my daughter and helped calm our nerves. When the IV was difficult, they found a gentle solution that avoided extra stress. The procedure was done in under 25 minutes, and I was quickly brought to recovery. The nurses also gave helpful advice for aftercare. Truly grateful for their compassion and professionalism!

This facility is not meant for any individual with autism, sensory needs, or that may have an individualized care plan. This information is either not ckearly communicated or fully disregarded by staff (Nurse Tish). While all other interactions were pleasant, when my child voiced a concern over an IV placement, she repeatedly refused to remove the needle. The chaos that ensued was completely avoidable, and has caused a significant barrier to treatments going forward. Desiite numerous calls, thete has been a lack of communication from Advent.

I normally don’t write reviews, but 2 of my children have had to have procedures at a couple different places and this place is BY FAR the best experience we have ever had at a surgery center. My son (age 3) had a procedure here under general anesthesia and from start to finish everyone and everything was amazing. I felt like the doctors, nurses, and all of the staff cared and they actually listened to my concerns and made sure my son was extremely well taken care of. Additionally, we were updated every step of the way such as when he was done, what they found, and when he was waking up and ready to see us. It’s always scary when your child has to be put under and I’m so thankful for every single doctor, nurse, person there. I would recommend this place a million percent!!!

Yesterday we went for my daughter's surgery and I must say that we loved this place, the attention was really good, from the front desk to the discharge, even days before on the web portal the communication was very good and the phone calls too, I was able to make the co-pay with carecredit and I was prepared in everything to follow the instructions that they recommended me to do, everyone was very kind, they made my daughter Emma feel very special, Dr. Hannah Qualls is incredibly good, the operation lasted 20 minutes, they removed the tonsils and adenoids and it was fast, the anesthesiologist was very kind, each nurse was adorable, kind and they were always concerned about the well-being of my daughter and us parents, we were with her in the pre-operative area, they let her be with her favorite toy and her favorite blanket, my daughter felt comfortable at all times, then in the hallway they let us give her kisses and hugs, before entering the operating room, the waiting room It was cozy, there was coffee and a vending machine, everything was clean and comfortable! If you have your child and need surgery, do it here, it will be your best decision!
