The office staff were very nice and helpful. They answered all of my questions and concerns. The nurse who took me back and started my IV was very nice and understood my medical history with difficult IV placement. It wasn't until anesthesia came in that it went downhill. I've had this procedure multiple times, but at a different location and have never had issues with being sedated. They said that because I have reflux they couldn't do anything except give very basic medication. I've never had an issue with having reflux and getting anesthesia. I've had operations and no issues. I felt everything throughout this procedure and they didn't do anything about it, even after telling them that it hurt. It hurts worse now then it did before. This is also the only location that does these procedures. It makes it hard if you live over an hour away. It would be nice if they had a location closer to the Fort Worth area
Just wanted to share my experience with Park Ambulatory center. I had a previous experience with my first steroid injection in my neck with shots. I was under the impression I was getting general anesthesia . But I didn’t and no one told me until I had the procedure. I felt tremendous pain. So for the second round of shot, I clearly communicated with doctor that I would not do that again. So he promised me he would schedule me for when they do general. That was 12/2… everything initially went well… they confirmed sedation. Then I went back with Lisa my nurse . I told her about my last experience and how happy I was that I didnt have to do that again . She bluntly then told me that it wasn’t the week for general. I was devastated and scared. I moved my life around to do this on that date. I spoke to my doctor , he explained he did schedule me for general. But that the clinic move the week without communication. I was so angry… they could have called to tell me so I can plan… instead you did nothing. It was like I didn’t even matter. You caused me pain and devastating anxiety. The medication didn’t work and I felt every needle in my neck. You are horrible for doing this. All you had to do was call me. People deserve better medical care than what you provided . You took an oath to do no harm to you patients. In this case you caused harm and didn’t even care!
NURSES, FRONT DESK, & MY DR. ALI WERE MORE THAN WONDERFUL!!
The nurses and staff are very kind and attentive.
EVERYONE here is awesome! Been here too many times to remember but have always received the best care from each and everyone that I have come in contact with. People leaving bad reviews, are either too impatient or think they are the ONLY ONES that need taken care of. They are NOT robots here and things can change at a drop of a dime! One thing to always keep in mind you'll KNOW what time to be here but never what time you're out. And that's anywhere. THINGS HAPPEN, you're alive, praise, don't complain!
