Texas Endoscopy listened and answered all my questions. Even though this was my seventh colonoscopy there, there’s always something new that I ask about. After the procedure, they were extremely accommodating to both myself and my spouse to make a smooth transition home. Always attentive in a genuine manner. I’ve complete trust in them and their process.
My experience with and at Texas Endoscopy was excellent. Everyone that I came in contact with was very professional and knowledgeable. The staff from the receptionist to the doctor(s), nurses and other medical professionals were very kind and caring concerning my situation. I would highly recommend this group.
Patient care was excellent. My only complaint is that the check-in process is "clunky." With as many phone calls as I received ahead of time to confirm details, it seems they could have handled a lot of the check-in/payment over the phone. Instead, they have a little kiosk in the waiting room that reminds me of checking my bags for an American Airlines flight.
