I'm leaving this review because of how we were greeted. We came in 11:55 am and the person at the desk could not have been more unprofessional. What was interesting was her interaction with everyone else that came in after us. So friendly and personable. This office should do better.
Dr Tsiakos, the staff, and clinicians at Texas Endoscopy Center were outstanding!!! I have been in the medical field for over 20 years and was super impressed with their professionalism and clinical safety procedures. Dr Tsiakos recommended I delay my colonoscopy for 24-hours to ensure my digestive system was clear, it was great advice acting in my best interest - thank you!
Staff were friendly and efficient. All questions were answered and taken seriously. They came across as kind and caring. I was able to get my procedure done earlier than my scheduled time. I have had four procedures performed at this facility and am really happy with the way I was treated.
The professionalism, kindness and attentiveness of the staff are outstanding. From the receptionist to my discharging nurse were phenomenally a true provider of service excellence! Dr. Park took the time to talk to me before and after my procedure. Everyone work together as a team which made it a very smooth process for me and very comforting to go through my procedure. This is a great place to have your colonoscopy! Every one very friendly and attentive! They make sure you're comfortable. I had a very competent and professional physician, Dr. Evans, and so was her team!
