I would love to give a higher rating, but I can’t. Dr Ho was amazing. He’s a very skilled surgeon and I highly recommend. I’ve been in the medical field for 35 years, and this surgery center failed. My nerve block did not work for my knee replacement and there were no other alternatives, like a pain pump. If you’ve had a knee replacement, you understand the excruciating pain I was in. They only had one narcotic available prior to the surgery and afterward, I was “maxed out” on Fentanyl, but was still in the most pain I’ve ever felt. I was to be the 1st surgery of the morning, but I wasn’t. They were 35 min late, as they started another surgery before mine and I was there earlier than scheduled. I left with 10/10 pain, vomiting because the pain was so bad, but they just pushed me out the door. “Time to go”. I will choose a hospital setting next time, as they have the available resources to treat unforeseen complications after surgery. The staff was great, the nurses are experienced and knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable with them. It’s the facility itself that can do better. They NEED to do better!

Outstanding care, amazing staff, great communication. I spoke and saw multiple staff planning and having my procedure. All were very pleasant and caring and work great as a team. Can see how committed they are. Facility is excellent and geared toward providing excellent care. Anesthelogist best I’ve ever had. Listened carefully to my anesthesia history and had no adverse side effects.

These people have no integrity. Didn't inform me or submit to my insurance in advance. I didn't know they were out of network with surgery two weeks before the end of the year. Spoke to their CFO, she told me they were so sorry and I wouldn't have to pay more than if I was in network as I couldn't reschedule at that point. They charged me $869 (which was less than the total charge) for something I would have paid a couple of hundred dollars for. Go elsewhere!!

Had a wonderful experience with Dr Denard and his team. Everyone was so lovely, and they’re running a VERY efficient operation. From start to finish, I felt like I was in very good hands. Post-op, I got a video explanation and a call from my doctor - exceeded my expectations!

I've had multiple surgeries there for carpal tunnel and other issues with my hands. The staff is great and Dr Sternenberg has helped me lot. No more numbness, and better hand strength. Yes, once in a while there have been delays buti tell myself that if there is a problem when it's my surgery, I want him to take all the time he needs!
