My 11 year old had his tonsils and adenoids removed today. From the second we walked in the door we were welcomed and felt seen. I am a very protective momma and my needs for my son were met with high standards. Dr. Clark was professional and kept me at ease the whole time as well as his nurse Grace. Skyler is home safe and I couldn’t be more grateful for such a caring staff. My bonus son had his removed 2 months ago ( won’t mention the clinic) but our experience there was the opposite. Thank you OENT for caring so much for my boy. Skyler and I are so grateful.

3/5/2026: Another update for you guys! My visit was yesterday when this "expert" 15 year professional doctor told me that I had no tonsils stones in my throat at all. As of today I have pushed 2 stones out of my right tonsil, which is not even the side that the big one has been stuck in!! I uploaded a picture of the one I just pushed out for reference. After waiting months to be seen here my concerns and my discomforts were completely dismissed. I was told verbatim, that the doctor has been practicing medicine for half my life and that if I had the tonsil stone or growth that I feel he would be able to see it with just his eyes. I was recommended a water pik after 7 plus months of irritation and pain in my throat. When I asked him to make a note in my chart that I am seeking additional testing and that in his professional opinion I do not need it, he flat out refused and said he will put whatever he wants in my chart. I recommend not going to this office if you can avoid it and have the choice. The egotistical and lackadaisical attitudes from the staff is more suited for fast food in my opinion. At least in food service when mistakes are made lives are not on the line. If you care for yourself or your loved ones do not come here looking for help. Edited same day: I forgot to add the discriminatory element and nature of my visit. Dr. Miller specifically asked me if I had OCD before disregarding my experiences. Multiple times he said to me, "I know you want your tonsils to be removed", even though I literally never even mentioned or referenced the removal of my tonsils.

They were a little behind in schedule but apologized for that. Dr Trayner was very pleasant to work with and he was very attentive. He went back and got a CT scan I had had to get the full picture. He was kind and thoughtful in his approach.

Really a fabulous place. Dr. Mark Miller is awesome and so is Corinne! The staff are always friendly, cheerful and efficient, and--my favorite part--they're always on time. I usually get out of there with time for a Medford grocery shop. Thanks, Oregon ENT!

Oregon ENT has the best people in their office!! Im giving them 5 stars overall but only 3 stars for the fact that somewhere along the way, their scheduling is flawed. If you have an 11:00 appointment, they say to arrive at 10:30. Then you sit in the waiting room until 11:30 before you get called back only to wait until noon before you even see a Dr. That and only that is my one negative regarding this office. If I could give a million stars for the back office staff and Dr Traynor, I would! If they weren't so great, i wouldnt keep going back, but I do because you won't find a more caring and skillful surgeon than Dr Traynor!!! Hes patient and always takes the time to explain every little detail so he knows that you understand everything before you leave. And thats why he's always behind lol. He makes you feel like you are the only patient in his office. Hes absolutely amazing!! You won't find a better surgeon for ENT issues.
