The staff was efficient, pleasant, very attentive making you feel comfortable from the minute you walked into the door till your procedure was over making you as comfortable as possible after your procedure. My procedure was a tough one but the staff and Dr Quave encouraged me and kept me informed through the whole thing and I appreciated everyone of there concerns and support. They were all amazing.
I’ve been here before a few times through the years. It’s probably one of the easiest, comforting, but professional experiences i’ve ever had. Dr. Johnston is a gift from God. And his staff is always friendly and easy to talk to. They put you at ease and I know from past experience that this will fix me up for a long time to come.
My experience was great. Everyone on staff was very professional and helpful during my procedure. The only thing I would like to say is when I reached out to Dr. Quave the day after my procedure with some issues I was having, the staff told me he has 48 hours to get back to me. I find that to be way too long right after a procedure at the surgery center, especially after I mentioned how concerned I was with something that was going on.
