I had booked an appointment with an experienced urologist. Instead, I mostly spoke with a technician/nurse and a few minutes to the PA. I still had to pay the full price of a specialist visit. The specialist I never even saw. This was extremely upsetting. They recommended cystoscopy that would’ve cost thousands if I had wanted it under general anestesia. I didn't even get useful tips. So, I started eating garlic extract and whole fruit cranberry powder capsules. I never had to go back. And if I ever need to see a urologist, it won’t be here.
Since becoming a patient at Advanced Urology, I have seen Daniel and (this week I saw Shane. I cannot say enough excellent things about both of them! They have always provided me with excellent information, and everyone on the staff at the office it just SO nice! I am really happy that my internal medicine Dr., Dr. Karam Raghavan, referred me to this practice.
Dr. O and staff is very great. I have been going there for over a year. My visits are pleasant. The doctors explains so you will understand. I will recommend this facility to all my family and friends!!
I paid $79. Copay to be my very first visit as a New Patient. I was very disappointed to have a PA come in to talk to me and suggest Physical Therapy! I get frequent UTI’s. I don’t sneeze or cough and Pee at all! I wanted to meet a Urologist Doctor! Not a Physician Assistant as a new patient. Extremely disappointed! I guess I will now go to a second opinion and pay a co pay again. Not really acceptable 😞 Healthcare at its finest
Unfortunately, sometimes in life, you find yourself looking for a good Urologist. If you find yourself having to do that, Dr. Scott King at Advance Urology is great!! He made me feel comfortable and was extremely knowledgeable and through, explaining everything and never making me feel like he was rushing to finish with me to see his next patient, like most Dr's do. I highly recommend Advance Urology, and Dr. Scott King, should you ever need a Urologist!!
