The clinical and admin staff at MEC are great! Scheduling was easy. They're also very flexible and do what they can to match patients' needs. They have a welcoming waiting room with free WiFi for patients and families. You can also donate old eyeglasses at this practice. The office has clean wheelchair-friendly exam rooms with state of the art diagnostic equipment. they also have a lots of free on-site parking. Re: the clinical staff:Dr. Ro and Monica are especially good.

Staff was great, equipment was state of the art but one issue was they said that they didn’t give out prescriptions from the appointment. That felt like a major waste of time to me as they had dialed in my prescription in the process of completing the appointment. “Better 1 or better 2, but we don’t give prescriptions”. Now I have to schedule an appointment elsewhere to order more contacts. Talk about wrecking it at the end!

I had a great experience at Milan Eye Center. The office was welcoming, professional, and very well organized. The front desk staff, Harmony and Lillia, were friendly and helpful and made check-in and check-out quick and easy. The ophthalmic technician, Michaela, was patient, thorough, and took the time to explain each step while making sure I was comfortable. Dr. Ro was excellent — very knowledgeable, attentive, and easy to talk to. The entire visit felt patient-focused and not rushed at all. I would definitely recommend Milan Eye Center and will be returning for future care.

The staff was so pleasant and helpful with my mother's appointment today! We had to reschedule the appointment for today three different times because of traffic and they were so gracious and courteous each time we had to do that! When we got to the office finally, they were more than happy to take care of any need we had! Our whole office visit was such a joy. I would recommend this office in there expertise to anybody! Everyone was very pleasant and helpful and the office environment was tasteful. The staff at the front desk and the doctor’s assistant were welcoming. Dr. Shetty was very thorough and took the time to listen and address all my questions and concerns.
