I had a really good first time experience here. Renovation was going on so a little confusing finding the actual suite, but I still made it on time. Once arriving to the suite, everyone was friendly, personable, listened, and moved things along quickly and efficiently. I hate needles, but the pre-op pro listened to what has worked great in the past when finding my vein and successful on the first try! From check in to check out was about 1.5 hours at most, and I had a 8:00am appt. I arrived at 7:15am, but I didn’t go back until 7:30am and out on my way home by 9:00am. There were different medical professionals performing different things, and I felt well taken care of by Dr.Lal and the team, each one of them to include at the front desk. Everything was explained well and easy for me and my family (driver) to understand. This was a great first time experience at age 45yrs and hopeful no return visit for at least 10 more years.
I called to schedule an appointmentt and wanted to verif thaty were in network. The switchboard lady says billing would know. Billing lady said she can't find out and I should call insurance. I started to explain insurance lists many in network who don't accept my plan but she overtalked me. When I told her to listen first, she said I was rude and the switchboard would know. I said that lady sent me to her. She transferred mebut no one picked up. Called 3 times but was put on hold for more than 5 mins each time without an apology.
My first colonoscopy here 3 years ago went great. My recent experience was quite different. Although all staff were kind, every single provider rushed, rushed, rushed. I felt like I was in a factory. They took no consideration putting the IV in- just 7 seconds. It was positioned over a bone so everyone else I came in contact with touched it, causing a lot of pain. The recovery nurse wanted to go to lunch and so rushed me coming out of anesthesia. My driver caught me going head first toward the floor trying to get dressed. The GI doctor did not explain anything to me after as was the case last time. Please know that simply saying “take your time” doesn’t make a patient feel less rushed.
Great experience! Everyone from the front desk to the surgeon were professional and personable. Want to say a person thank you to my nurse and anesthesiologist. They made me feel I was in good hands. Highly recommend!
Great staff! Front desk, nurses, assistants and doctors not only are very professional but truly make you feel comfortable, understanding that patients arrive to the office scared, confused or simply worried. Highly recommend them.
They offer a range of gastroenterology procedures, including colonoscopy, upper endoscopy, and treatments for gastrointestinal disorders.
Preparation for an endoscopy typically involves dietary restrictions and possibly medication adjustments, which their team will discuss with you prior to your appointment.
During a colonoscopy, you will be sedated for comfort, and their specialists will carefully examine your colon for any abnormalities.
