I was seen promptly. Ms. Hayden was very professional yet she made me feel comfortable as she listened to my concerns. The staff are always very friendly and nice.
The staff was great, explained everything to me and answered my questions. My issue was explained to me in a clear manner and hopefully the medication will take care of everything for me.
It has been extremely frustrating working with advanced urology. I was referred to a third party for lab testing by advanced urology after my first appointment. I had to go submit 2 samples on two separate occasions because the first sample was deemed contaminated. I was told the results would be available within 5 business days. It has now been 12 business days without hearing anything. There also have been no updates in my patient portal. I have called several times and each time I am told I will receive a call that day. I still am awaiting results and am growing extremely frustrated.
Been going here for about 6 months. I recommend Dr. Bailey Murray. Great at listening and legit tries to help you. And does well. Never any wait when you have an appointment either and the rest of the staff is very friendly!
