I had an extremely poor experience at this surgery center. The nurse assigned to me was brand new to the center, and spend most of her time with me learning the computer system. She was very nice, but I missed out on real nursing. The nurses made a huge mistake by trying to start two IV lines into my arm. They couldn't hit the veins at all, and I was screaming in pain. Then, because my surgery was on each arm, it turned out that there could be no IV on the arm at all! So I was stabbed needlessly. If they had just read my chart and what I was having done, it could have been prevented. In the end, one of the doctors had to insert my IV. The nurses were not good. Not likely to go back if I can help it.
Had surgery here, the receptionist was very welcoming, they made the check in very quick. The nurse named Dennis was the realest and chillest nurse I’ve ever met in my life made the whole thing a breeze and had some good laughs even thought I was nervous. The surgery was a breeze and the doctors know what they’re doing

I had spinal injections on 11/07/23 with Dr Mercado. Registration went fairly smooth with the exception of the doctor running a bit behind. It happens. A nurse named Cynthia was the one that brought me into the staging area and she was amazing. She was upbeat, professional, thorough and attentive. All in all it was a good experience.
I just had my left knee surgery done on 10/13/23 and everything went well. All the staff were so nice and very helpful. Customer service was excellent. These people really care about their patients. I just want to end this review by saying thank you, you guys were the best. God bless!!!!
