My colonoscopy went very smooth. From the receptionist to all the nurses and doctor, they were all very friendly, caring and professional. I am very pleased and grateful for choosing UASC LaJolla for my procedure. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.
Outstanding care - the prep nurse explained the procedure I would undergo clearly, and took time to verify I was clear. She also ensured I was comfortable both physically and mentally. In the OR, the crew and the OR nurse were warm and comforting, leading to a very low-stress procedure.
Everyone that took part in my care was exceptional. Starting from registration then preop by nurse Anny ,then the surgeon Dr Kapur who was very knowledgeable and experienced,Anesthesiologist,and the OR nurse who made me feel at ease. I didn’t feel nervous at all . Finally the post op nurse ,Jenny who made sure I was safe and ready to be discharged ,with very clear discharge instructions. I would rate my experience a 10/10

Absolutely cannot be done better! Top of the line service, best staff cannot be overstated and I would not ever consider any other place. I have experience at others and nothing can come close to UASC! This is my second surgery here and wish all my surgeries would have been here! Can be best and the staff is the best, Communication is remarkable and consideration for the human element brings humanity to an another level!
