Very professional and great medical team very considerate kind and professional. I had a small procedure and even though I just left the place so I am not sure what I will Feel next , the procedure was not too bad the staff and Doctor Peterson made a difference, Follow up went back and indeed Dr. Petersen staff is amazing!

Despite the clear signage in the waiting room we had to endure a patient, Ashley, at first make a phone call, then that turned into a call on speaker phone, that then progressed to a FaceTime call. As if toying with us, we asked ourselves what could the next step in this discourteous escalation and then she answered that for us as she proceeds to have google audible navigation blasting on speaker at full volume. I suppose it wasn’t all that bad as it drowned out the awful Fast and Furious movie blaring on the waiting room TV that no one was watching. However, the receptionist could have enforced the cell phone policy for the others in the waiting room that were respecting each other.

Amazing experience. The best personnel I have encountered in a medical setting. They walked my wife and I through every step of the way and was super helpful after surgery. Thank you all for the professional and expert experience!

First I would like to start by saying that "great" medical teams are overlooked way to often. Most of the focus is the negative that's being presented on healthcare. At Oasis Surgery Dr. Youngblood and his team were very professional and educated on their craft. The nurses where legitimate at the beginning and the end. The anesthesiologist was warming and she made me feel confident with her aspect of the procedure, and by saying " I'm going to be by your side the entire time" goes a long way with a patients mental comfort. So thank for treating me like a person, not just a Army Soldier with a DOD number. I can speak for thousands of Military men and women that being treated as a "person" is not always the standard in any capacity. Thank you and God Bless the medical team that took care my surgery. Superb Job.

They gave me the wrong time for my surgery and gave me an attitude when I showed up at the time they gave me. The Director of Nursing, Gayla yelled her apology at me. When I explained how much this concerns me, the secretary and Kayla talked over me and dismissed me. Not happy. Double check everything they say to you.
