We had to receive some not so good news from the doctor today after an endoscopy. Such great professionalism and bedside manner from both nurses and doctors. I needed my 3yo to step out so he didn’t hear the dreaded word, the nurses (kate and others) took him to the nurses station and had the best time. Made balloons with gloves, juice, and a wheelchair ride. I wished they knew what 10 minutes of playing with him did for me while i’m hearing some of the worst news ever. Thank you!
My experience here was very positive. I had two procedures done and was on my way home two hours after arrival. I would particularly like to commend CJ in Intake for her friendliness & professionalism, to my nurse Tammy especially who went above & beyond in putting my family member at ease, and for the lady who transported me to my car (I was still a bit sedated so don’t recall her name but I do recall her kindness and I know her birthday is Nov. 5th). I highly recommend Grandview Endoscopy Center.
Who enjoys a colonoscopy? Nobody that I know - but the staff at Grandview Endoscopy Center made it as pleasant as possible. They were kind, attentive & worked efficiently so I was finished in a timely manner.
My endoscopy went well. Nice nurses and doctors. People checking in you in are nice also. Only negative thing I experienced was being rushed after waking up from anesthesia and being told the results immediately after being awake for less than a minute and not completely understanding.
I am Crohn's patient of more than 30yrs. I have had more colonoscopies than I can count. BY FAR, this one (7/28/25) was Definitely THE MOST EFFICIENT EVER!!!! The Endoscopy Center Team worked in harmony just like a Fine Tuned Machine. Thank you Dr. Rothermel and your entire staff.
