Had a referral to Peak Gastro Danny set my appointment up for a consultation then later calls me a week later saying that she messed up my appointment and needed to reschedule me, but couldn’t get me scheduled until August. Also placed me on hold but put me back in queue so I’m on hold for 20 minutes waiting for her to pick up when I have to speak to her she’s giggling on the phone, which I find extremely unprofessional when you made the appointment and messed it up when I told you I had seen Dr. Rose for a colonoscopy and now you’re telling me you need to reschedule it because you put me down as a new patient listening skills are very important when you’re working in a doctors office I would not recommend this facility
Use veterans insurance they sent a bill to me instead of sending it to the VA so I had to go run around and get a verification number so I can get it paid other than that. It seems pretty good. He did a good job on my stomach.
Dr Suga and his staff are absolutely amazing! Not always the most exciting appointment for me but thanks to these guys things are a lot more bearable, as they're really kind and gentle and know how to calm you down! A+++
It took me 2 months to get seen and run all of the tests they wanted. At my followup appointment they refused to answer my questions and hustled me out of the office before I knew what was going on. Now they won't see me for another 3 months. Email to their office 2 weeks ago still has not been answered. Meanwhile my health issues are unresolved. They clearly do not care about their patients.
