I had an excellent experience with Jesslyn Sheridan who serves as a Gastroenterology Nurse Practitioner. From the very beginning, she was professional, attentive, and genuinely compassionate. She took the time to truly listen to my concerns without rushing the appointment, which immediately made me feel heard and valued as a patient. What stood out most was how thorough she was in explaining everything. She clearly outlined what medical testing would be required, why each test was important, and what I could expect throughout the entire process. Her explanations were detailed yet easy to understand, which helped ease a lot of anxiety. It’s rare to find a provider who combines professionalism, knowledge, and bedside manner so seamlessly. I left my appointment feeling confident in the care plan and reassured that I was in capable hands. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking thoughtful, comprehensive gastrointestinal care.

The staff are very professional. My PA Alison Dickinson she’s the overall best. She listens to you and explains everything to your best understanding, and answers any questions you ask her. She’s very knowledgeable, and good at what she does.

Best care team ever! Nobody loves getting a colonoscopy. But last week I had the most incredible experience with the amazing team at Associates in Gastroenterology St Francis. Dr. Michael Baker, Lily (admit RN), Shay (CRNA for anesthesia), Kira (forgot your position, sorry Kira), Lina and Emma (recovery RNs) were all SO thorough, kind, friendly and even efficient. I will never go anywhere else! In the Air Force, I had the opportunity to lead medical teams, so I know what a good one looks like. This team is absolutely incredible! Even if I had to wait months, I'd still never go anywhere else. Great folks here!

Alison is amazing! She gets down to business but never makes you feel rushed. She takes the time to answer questions that you have and is thorough about explaining things. I have felt comfortable with her each time I’ve seen her, and I feel like my GI health is in great hands. Thank you, Alison!!
