I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Wallace and Dr. Daugherty! They listen when you speak, and take time to clearly communicate a plan of care. When I went to them after breaking my ankle in 3 places, the receptionist Allie, was so kind and understanding. I was scared and in pain, but her kindness in scheduling my care made all the difference. Thank you all for being excellent at what you do.

Came in in 7/10 pain in ankle, can barely walk with a cane and cannot without. Receptionist and staff up front cordial and nice. Whoever the older nurse is running X-rays was very flustered for reasons unknown, constantly pulling at and eventually removing her windbreaker from it being too hot. The room I was in was cooking at a smooth 79 on the wall readout so that checks out, but still unprofessional to be stomping around about it. I decided to keep it an afterthought bc honestly who cares. When Dr Daughtery, whom my family has used many times in the past (and who will no longer the future) came and evaluated my X-ray findings and to get me fitted for a boot for my tendonitis from a rolled ankle, he asked me "Do you smoke marijuana?" Which I was not surprised by. I work for a cannabis company in Florida, and I live in Valdosta. It's a question I get a lot because of the smell or odor that comes from my work clothes. I told him "No, I don't smoke, I work in -" and before I could explain, this accredited podiatrist decided he would laugh over my explanation, say he "just doesnt want anyone to come smelling like that in here" quickly at the end in a rush to get out of the door. I carry with me identification which proves the facts aforementioned. I took great offense to this because I have been discriminated before by gas station workers and stuff, but never by a doctor. He did not want to see it. He saw what he wanted to see and his staffs' unprofessional behavior does nothing but mirror his standards. The Leggett family and our inlaw families will be taking our paperwork in the coming months to the other podiatrist office down the road instead. Medical cannabis workers deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, and if we don't get it here, we will take our Business elsewhere so it doesn't offend your "normal" patients. Have a wonderful day.

Every time I go to this office, I’m so impressed! Everyone there is nice and welcoming. Dr. Daugherty treats me like I’m a VIP patient. He takes him time and consults with me throughly. The ladies at the front desk are very professional and caring. They diligently worked with my schedule to work me in. I’m am very thankful for the family financial surgical coordinator, Angie. She worked with me on the cost/charges of my procedure. She was very compassionate and helped me plan out my part of the charges so they wouldn’t be a financial burden. I 100% recommend this practice!!

From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out I had the best experience ever! When I walked in I was greeted by the front desk ladies and they had the most respect and the biggest smiles on their faces and it makes you feel very welcome. The girls up front checked me in within a timely manner and next thing I knew I was being called to the back to be seen by the doctor. I was not even sitting but for 10 minutes and the lovely nurse called me back and she was so sweet and caring and cared about what I had to say and what my concerns were! Once I got to my room the nurse in the back made sure I was okay and comfortable before going and getting the doctor. She even made sure she got the correct information before leaving the room, and when the doctor come in he was the best! I met both doctors and they are both so nice to introduce themselves before my surgery in office with them! Prior to my surgery the office manager (Angie) went over prices with me and made sure to help me out in anyway possible! She relayed my surgery cost would be $2000.00 and when I relayed to her that I do not have the funds right now she stated " I will help you any way I can." She kept her promise and was able to accept half the payment up front and then a month later I paid the other half a week prior to my surgery!! I gave her my payment and she was so welcoming and assured me everything would work out and if I ever needed anything to call her and she would do everything in her power to help! SUCH A CARING AND WONDERFUL OFFICE MANAGER (ANGIE)!!! When I got done discussing my surgery and financial, I went to check out and the girl up there was so so sweet and kind! She asked me questions to make sure I was okay and checked me out in a timely manner! She provided appointment cards and made sure that I was taken care of before leaving the office!! I recommend this Podiatry office to everyone! The office is clean, staff is friendly, and very quick! I do not sit here for 2-3 hours like most other doctors but this office definitely has their priorities in check and take care of their patients!

This place is all about money and not the patient! Husband had a stroke the day of his appointment and they want to charge 70 dollars cuz he missed it. Been going there for 4-5 months for his amputated foot and did nothing for him. It's infected to the bone still. Rude and very unprofessional!
