If I could leave a 0 star review I would. I was scheduled for 2 procedures. I did 2 days of required prep basically becoming bedridden those days because of my other chronic conditions, took off work, paid the deposit, only to be called the night before to be told they were out of network. I then get a call the next morning that oh no! They ARE in network but there’s no way they can still do the procedures that day. Or the weekend. Or Monday because they’re closed. So you’re SOL going to have to do it all over again. Completely ridiculous and unacceptable. I will say Lee from billing was very sweet and apologetic so nothing against her, but the rest of this was awful and I will not be returning.
Everything was great until I was billed. Did an Endoscopy and was told out of pocket was 850. Paid 850 did the procedure and now they send me a bill for another 1k out of pocket saying my insurance only covered this and that... I will never pay that other 1k because I dont have it. I refuse to do a payment plan because someone failed to mention my portion was more then 2x what was quoted.
I only met with a doctor once - after that they would call to reschedule my appointment because the doctor was going to be out of the office doing a procedure. This happened FOUR times!! I even switched doctors hoping it would not happen again and it DID! Plus they were adamant that my elevated liver enzymes must be my supplements and had nothing to do with me having a stroke or being put on a statin - even though my enzymes were perfect 3 weeks prior. But once I took matter into my own hands and asked my neurologist to put me on a different statin my enzymes went back to normal. The doctors there don't listen to their patients!
Had my test two weeks ago today and nobody has contacted me with results. I called the office they told me that they mail me a letter. Will I can't ask a letter questions I needed to talk to one of the practitioners there that could tell me what my problem is and what to do about it. Two weeks and I have not heard from the office. This is very disturbing. I have been in to see Dr brockner three times before this and has never had this problem. It would be nice if after undergoing a colonoscopy and an endoscopy that I might get some results
This place was awesome. Well-organized, friendly staff, and felt very safe. Dr Faidhalla was so great. Very attentive and answered my many questions (some of them before I even had to ask). Definitely recommend for GI care.
They offer a range of endoscopic procedures, including colonoscopy, upper endoscopy, ERCP, and endoscopic ultrasound.
Preparation for a colonoscopy typically involves dietary restrictions and a bowel prep regimen, which their team will provide detailed instructions for.
During an endoscopic ultrasound, a thin, flexible tube with a camera is inserted to obtain images of your digestive tract, allowing for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
