I have been seen by Dr B for I want to say 7 years and Rick both are fantastic I had allergies so bad that I had a sinus infection every 2 month not realizing that I had such bad allergies I ended having 3 sinus surgery with Dr B I recover very quickly we decided to do allergies testing and started the allergy shots and I took them for 3 years until they were making things worse. Ones you are seen at this clinic you are part of the family and the staff always tries there best to fit you in to make it work for you. Wound not go anywhere else .

My husband and I have been treated so well at the Sinus Center. Years ago I had sinus surgery with Dr Boyajian and it helped so much. Our follow up care has been with Rick , the PA . I cannot say enough good things about his care. There were days that one antibiotic did not work and Rick would keep working at it til we got better. He genuinely cares for his patients. The front office and staff is so above and beyond kind and efficient. There were days my husband was in surgery and they would work me in so I could get back to the hospital. We are thankful for this clinic.

Dr Boyajian is thorough hand helped me when I had a deviated septum. Surgery went well, office was great, etc. I had issues a couple of years later, went back, found out I had polyps. I didn’t want to have surgery again, but was weighing options. Then 2020 happened, no chance to get into doctors. As an educator, my life was insane, when things got more under control I tried to make an appointment to revisit my polyp issues and I was told it would be as if I was a new patient. I couldn’t believe it. The person on the phone was friendly, but I seriously couldn’t believe I would be a new patient after all of the history I had with this office. Pretty sad. I don’t know why these doctors are allowed to charge people as a new patient unless it’s been many years, especially since Covid messed up everything, especially medical care. It was like a slap in the face after feeling like this office really cared about me.

He set an expectation that we were going to work together on solving my chronic sinusitis and eliminate a lot of possibilities for the cause which other doctors had not done before. After many surgeries I felt like he gave me hope. He did the surgery and then that was it. I returned 3 months later with no improvement in symptoms and he was disinterested in problem solving. It was another experience like all the other doctors, the ones he said were no good. The ending of the story is that I did cure my chronic sinusitis which is why I want him to see this. My point is not just to complain, because doctors are not magical cure all experts, but in my post ops it was clear to me that he was following the protocol of a corrupt healthcare system ran by insurance companies to push surgery as the solution to all problems because it is the most lucrative. I truly believed he was different, but after the surgery made no improvement, he cut me loose, no other alternative efforts, no other ideas, that was it. He moved me along the surgery cattle line just like that others. But my point here is that a nurse practitioner did find the solution. Dawn Aiken did my blood work and found that I had high mold toxicity. She treated me with a colloidal silver spray and within a week the chronic swelling subsided and for the first time in 20 years I was able to breathe again, to sleep again, to have the energy to raise my 3 children. It was an extremely simple solution that 5 surgeons missed, and the reason they missed is because doctors are too silo’d into their speciality. You can get tossed around to 5 specialists who only look at their one very narrow view of medicine, but take no effort or responsibility to communicate with each other for a comprehensive solution. Yet a functional medicine nurse practitioner was able to diagnose the problem immediately with blood work. This is the point I wanted to make, thanks for reading. Dr Boyajin did successfully remove my polyps, but when they started to come back, recommended I get surgery every year. With the colloidal silver spray the polyps reduced and have not returned. By the way, the staff is absolutely wonderful. Very friendly and professional. Traditional treatment is probably the effective route for most people, but I recommend looking for the root cause of the issue.
