Incredible and caring staff. I felt so personally seen and cared for. I was still recovering from spine surgery when I had ankle surgery there. I needed my spine and other parts of my body protected, which they did so well. The entire staff made me feel safe and my health and wellness important. The anesthesiologist was absolutely top notch and paid attention to everything I had on the table It is the first time I have not thrown up after waking from surgery. I can't imagine a hospital surgery after this experience.

I just want to say what a great experience that my son and I had at the surgery center. All the staff from the front desk to the nurses that took of him were amazing at making us feel well taken care of. Especially his pre-op/recovery nurse Jen. She made us feel welcomed, was very pleasant and kind and was able to answer all of our questions. I definitely would have surgery here again.

Upon arrival we were greeted immediately by Paramount personnel. Fast check in. This surgical center is spotlessly clean. Each and every nurse, doctor and their surgical team made me feel like I was family. They arranged Home Health Care to come to my house and LPN Ann was so pleasant and very professional. My experience with Dr Humphrey and Paramount Surgical Center was amazing! Thank you to the whole team for your services!

I had broken my wrist and I had surgery two days after the break happened. The surgery center staff were so kind and it was very clean. It was quiet go on a Friday if you can and they took really great care of me and aftercare so I recommend them highly.

I had my surgery there February 27 of 2025. It was one of the most humiliating and worst experiences I have ever had out of my 38 surgeries to start off most everyone in the room outside completely ignored me up until the nurse came in to insert a double IV, in my 38 surgeries never once did I ever have to have two IVs for surgery, this apparently was again a ridiculous request from Paramount surgery center, , after 4 attempts x2 insertions of my IV all of which failed. I informed her I would no longer allow her to do it until they wheeled me into surgery and put me to sleep. I certainly didn’t need a fifth double IV insertion from a rookie nurse who should never have been in preop.. The anesthesiologist technician came in, refusing to give me any versed to calm my nerves and refused to do anything for me up until the doctor, my surgeon arrived. The versed to calm my nerves was only given to me during surgery all of this taking approximately 45 minutes with four failed double IVs being ignored. During the surgery upon closing the surgeon had a suspicion that there might be a mild infection, from my total reverse shoulder replacement surgery instead of taking the required 5 samples as they should, when I say they, I mean the technicians from Paramount surgery center. They only decided to take 1,. Two weeks later during my visit with my surgeon, I was informed that there was a small chance of an infection and was referred to an infectious disease control doctor in Boise. The infectious disease, control doctor informed me due to the negligence of the staff member closing in surgery from Paramount surgery center, only taking 1 sample instead of 5, which is the normal amount when an infection is suspected. The infectious disease control doctor informed me that there was nothing that he could do to test if it was a false positive since there was only one sample taken there was no way to determine with one sample. Subsequent to that I was put on antibiotics for 4 months straight having to take blood samples every 30 days and antibiotic regiment 500mg 4 times a day for 120 days. Nothing like building a potential immunity to antibiotics for a failure from Paramount surgery surgical staff. I informed my surgeon of my dismay of his recommendation of Paramount surgery center, and that if in the future I needed any additional follow ups, I would refuse paramount surgery center , and would never set foot in that amateur facility with amateur staff members, and that he would have to do whatever he would have to do at one of the two hospitals in Boise In summary Paramount surgery center in Boise is an absolute joke. You would much be better taken care of at either of the hospitals in Boise. If your reading this and have any recommendation for the Paramount surgery center kindly tell your doctor no and you would prefer to have the surgery at one of the two hospitals in Boise
