Staff there is great, him excellent care of my mother on her visit. Dakota at the front desk was friendly and courteous. The recovery nurse Kristin was very sweet and her bedside manner was awesome.

I had surgery on Friday 4/4 and the staff was amazing!! Dr. Ritter and the surgery team i would give him a 10/10. EVERYONE was very welcoming and totally informed me of every step! Thank you for making me calm through the process.
We checked my mother in and the nurse came and got her to go to the preop area. I was told that I could not go back with her yet. She stated that she would come and get me as soon as she is all hooked up and ready. I waited and then received a text stating that she was in OR and the procedure had started. When I asked why I did not get to see my mother and speak with the Dr before she went to surgery I was told “oh the nurse had to go to lunch, I am sorry she didn’t come and get you.” I asked if she was so worried about lunch that she couldn’t take two minutes to let me go back and the lady said I am so sorry that she didn’t.
This was the BEST experience I’ve had in awhile for a medical facility. The entire staff, from the front desk, nurses, doctors and medical assistants…they’re AMAZING. They made me feel comfortable and I felt that I was in good hands at all times. Pain management was on-point as I didn’t experience any significant lapses in medication after knee surgery that’s would’ve otherwise cause pain or discomfort. I’d HIGHLY recommend this center for any day surgery you may have!!
