I had orthopedic surgery on a knee today at this Surgery Center; it was a great experience. They kept me well informed and communicated with me for several weeks beforehand. Their instructions were clear and thorough. At the center, their service was fantastic. The staff and nurses were wonderful, pleasant and very professional. I was well cared for by a lot of folks! The faculty itself was well organized, very clean and efficient. Anyone needing surgery here can be assured they will be well taken care. We are fortunate to have an excellent outpatient surgery center in our area.
This business wants 9000.00 dollars yes 9k to do a 15 min epidermal procedure on my lower back . my deductible is 375 and they want me to pay 20% of the 9000.00 totaling 1950. Does this sound ethical to you ? I have Cigna hmo and I clearly understand what they are doing as there is not a chance in hell Cigna is going to pay them 9k to do a 15 min procedure. This business is adjusting numbers such to position them selves to get paid there 20% . I cancelled my 1950 dollar epidural shot in my back and will never do business with these people again. I should ad last year I had the same procedure done with this company and was told 2 times that the same procedure would cost 435 and showed up the day of and it was 935. This time around I have been on the phone with my insurance and this posado and I will never do business with them again . This is robbery !!! I would not even waste my time with this business ...
First time patient at Posada Ambulatory Surgery Center having a salpingectomy. Outside of waiting in the office lobby for 30 minutes my overall experience was great. The nurse who stood out the most was Sunny. She is kind hearted, funny, personable and just a beautiful person inside and out.
Everyone is so nice and compassionate here; they take the time to explain every step and to provide comfort. Sunny especially helped make the pre-surgical time less scary for me, in the waiting room I started feeling very nervous (light headed) but as soon as Sunny took over her personable demeanor made me feel calm and less alone.
Everyone is very friendly and professional from the front desk to the doctors. The nurses provided the best bedside manner I’ve ever received. Thank you for making me feel comfortable.
