I have been with a Dr. from this office for almost 12 years. He has preformed the same surgery 3 seperate times with success. We'll I re-injured the same body part, and when I tried to get an appointment they denied seeing me with no explanation of why. I have left two messages with the office manager Amber, and she never bothered to call me back. For 11 plus years I have referred loved ones even my daughter and friends because I believed in the Dr. abilities and work they did. I feel they way they decided to handle this is completely unprofessional and just rude. I no longer have anything nice to say about this office. I'll never refer another person, I'll be telling everyone about this awful experience and tell them to find another surgeon. So current patient's beware they might drop you as a patient for no reason and then not explain why. I wasted 2 weeks of my time trying to get this appointment, just to find out the doctors don't care for their patients.
I was in a Motorcycle accident and tore almost everything in my knee. I reached out to Orthopedic associates and they have been excellent! Dr Komas was my Dr and he is excellent he didn’t want to have surgery right away he wanted to see if my body along with PT would heal and it did help a lot. I ended up having a minor surgery to clean up some torn stuff and I’m feeling great ! If you’re having issues give them a call !
Horrible customer service, even with a referral, I was denied. Primary insurance is top notch but my secondary is keeping me from being able to schedule an appointment. Why won’t my primary be accepted? Someone please explain this.
Dr Rushmer and His Girls Have helped me so much to get my chronic pain,Not so Chronic..and making sure that my unstable spine was not in Danger of anything worse with his treatment plan .I have a lot of year's and A lot of Failed surgeries in my lower back.. Thank goodness for Orthopedic associates. My life sees light at the end of the tunnel .
The office is always polite and nice when you call or go in. Dr Komas repaired my knee and did a great job. Now he's seeing me for my hip and hopefully we get figured out. Great office.
