Had cataract surgery and then YAG surgery here. Every visit the staff has been wonderful. They’re extremely caring and compassionate . But the doctor… he is amazing!!! What can you say about someone who has given back the gift of sight?! Highly recommend Dr Barthelow as your surgeon, And the people he has chosen to work along side of him.
Well I'll begin at my mother in law had appointment on March 24th at 1250 on Fri March 20th I received a call at 11:30 am asking to come in earlier at 12:15pm no problem reviewed our pre-op for cataract surgery. Drove from Anderson to location, left early incase of traffic and arrived at 11:25am. Asked reception if it was too early to check in and I gave name insurance etc, I informed her of appointment time change and everything good.15 people arrived and got dilated and went back before my mom!! Finally stepped up to counter and spoke to original girl about us sitting for an hour1/2 without being called she replied i went to lunch you should of talked to someone again!! OK well I figured the confusion would get the ball rolling to get mom in but yet 3 to 4 more people called!!! Finally after an hour and 45 minutes she was called.i again spoke to a different lady who informed me her appointment was 12:50 with no record of change, well I showed the call on my phone from fri and all the girls acted numb founded! Well my mom who was told not to eat or drink anything literally was barely making it and being hypoglycemic!!!Not impressed
