Had my surgery here, the nurse are amazing here, front desk wonderful, no issue getting ready for surgery only issue I had was the billing department, Crystal she almost made me cancel my surgery because she wanted me to pay after I already made a $1400 dedication and paid the doctor when they haven't even billed the insurance.Without her even pulling up my information she has no idea or knowledge about my billing. This facility is very clean. All doctors were great plus anesthesiologist went over everything.

I was very happy with my experience at OrthoArizona with their instant ortho clinic. (Walk in). Travis Tirk was extremely knowledgable and helped me understand what had happened with my shoulder fracture and what I can do for treatment. It saved me from wasting weeks to see an orthopaedic surgeon just to get a proper assessment. X-rays were done onsite and results were quick. Front desk was super friendly and helpful. Technicians were efficient and kind. Thank you OrthoArizona!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review for OrthoArizona – South Gilbert, Dr. Matthew Hansen I came in today for a consultation and X-rays on both knees after months of pain and different tests, scans, shots, and treatments since my injury on July 4th, 2025. This was my first visit with Dr. Matthew Hansen, and he was attentive, honest, and actually listened to what I’ve been going through. I appreciate that his approach is, “let’s take care of this,” instead of letting me suffer any longer. He didn’t make empty promises, but he showed real care and urgency. I’m now waiting for my surgery appointment and feel confident I’m in good hands.

I had quite a few questions regarding preventative cardiology and weight loss. He answered all my questions and was very down to earth and talked at my level. He gave me several analogies that I could relate to. Very personable.

Christine has been a wonderful physical therapist and I can’t recommend her highly enough. One of her greatest strengths is her ability to truly observe listen and pivot treatment plans as a new information emerges. When I first began therapy, my primary issue appeared to be my back pain after I later saw a pain specialist and learned that I had it tilted pelvis. Christine immediately adjusted my therapy routine to focus on a specific exercise exercises to help realign and strengthen my pelvis this shift made a noticeable difference. She had consistently checked my pelvis, alignment, and each visit, and it has remained in alignment, largely due to the targeted exercise exercises she prescribes later when it became clear that my knee was also contributing to the problem. Christine once again adapted to my program to addressed my knee strength and stability in addition to my back. Her ability to connect related issues and modified treatment accordingly shows both expertise and attentiveness. Christine also emphasize home exercises and accountability. She provides clear homework and encouragement while still being realistic and supportive above about progress. She understands my current limitations and meets meets me where I am, which is more has made therapy both effective and manageable. Overall, Christine is thoughtful and flexible and deeply invested in her patients’ progress. Her individualized approach and willingness to adjust care based on evolving needs makes a meaningful difference in the recovery.
