I was nervous my first visit but, after that I no longer felt that way. It is incredibly organized, from the front office to the operating room to discharge. I have had many back procedures over 12years but this facility was very organized. I was well cared for, from start to finish. All of the nurses explained everything & I always knew what was happening and what was going to happen, from the time I checked in to discharge. Dr. Pico is a wonderful doctor and everyone is happy and seem to enjoy what they do. Also I like the lobby patient monitor system they have so you know the process of where the patient is of the procedure.
My friend had an excellent experience here. The staff is so very kind and compassionate. Ashlyn is wonderful, she helped negotiate a small scheduling issue. Highly recommend this clinic!!
I've had more procedures than I can count. The staff is excellent. Love Glenn the CRNA. I don't know if he is part of the staff or a separate provider like my pain mgmt doctor. Was bummed to learn Patrice recently retired. She was awesome. She handled the pre registration calls or whatever it is called. She knew I was well aware of the drill (entire process and requirements etc). I'm sure her replacement will be great as well. My only issue is they require you to wear one of their masks. I opened up a brand new KN95 mask before entering and during the pre op process I was required to switch to their mask. The typical disposable masks are too big for my face so they're essentially useless. Not keeping my germs in and not keeping other germs out. But policies are policies even if they happen to be ridiculous. Minor complaint and more of a personal preference I guess.
