I have never been treated so rudely by anyone at optum. The reception needs to be fired. If i didnt like my pt person or the convenience of the day surgery center I wouldnt even step foot in there.
The front desk staff here are AWESOME! Every time I come in, they’re super friendly, helpful, and always make the process so easy. They seriously go above and beyond to make sure you feel taken care of. It's hard to find service like this these days. Definitely makes me want to keep coming back!

OK optum officially sucks. Thanks for telling me my cardiologist left for a better job. Why would you even have me go to him as a new patient as I only saw him twice he had to of known this job position he might possibly be hitting and he would be leaving but yet he’s still taking on new patient that’s pathetic.
