The Nura surgery center team is amazing!! I have had a traumatic, terrible experience at another clinic, when I had a cervical epidural steroid injection and was absolutely terrified to have another one today at Nura! But the staff and Dr Wagner were amazing and really helped calm my nerves and make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure! I have had a lumbar ESI, lumbar nerve blocks, and a lumbar radio frequency ablation all done by Dr. Bettendorf and she is amazing as well!! I have seen the PA Katy in clinic monthly and she really listens to my concerns and does not disregard my pain like other clinics have done in the past due to my young age. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to Nura!

NURA was good about getting an appointment to come in and find out I can have my radio frequency abrasions again. I’ve had good success with them in the past and now I can’t get an appointment to get it done because their schedule is full. They told me to call on Monday to see if April‘s calendar was out yet. April’s calendar must have come out over the weekend, AND IT IS FULL ALREADY! they told me to call back for May’s calendar to come out. I will be calling every day to see when May’s comes out to get an appointment if it’s not full within the first 5 minutes. Ridiculous!!!! They can offer the service, but they can’t give the service to patients in need.

I’ve been with Nura for a couple years now. They are really good at listening to you and managing your pain. I have a pain pump and am managed in other ways with medication and procedures as needed. Sierra has been a blessing and really listens to her patients. I’m grateful. I’ll never been pain free, but Nura helped me get to a point of functioning again. Thank you.

I chose 3 stars only after reading the reviews, to be clear I have never been to this clinic. Just seeing how they respond to negative patient reviews with a dull, distant and obviously copied canned responds says it all to me. They only reward good reviews. And the fact they asked a recent patient to change their review speaks volumes! I am disappointed, I had hoped they were different. Maybe they are great for basic care but they advertise advanced care. I think courage center is a better choice with proven results. Again, I have never been to this clinic, just wondering what the heck? Also, I know all about fake reviews, ect.. It seems like they are not as advertised. 😏 Get better Dura. Hoping all you pain patients find relief. 🙏 I have lived with chronic pain for 35+ years. It's frustrating to say the very least.

My visit to Nura was the worst pain clinic experience I’ve had. During my spinal injections, I’ve never experienced such poor treatment by staff. Part way through the procedure, my bed started to fall on one side and I almost fell off the table (I was laying face down). I started tearing up from anxiety and the staff began laughing at me. Afterwards, my back wouldn’t stop bleeding and I was instructed to leave the recovery bed and clinic while it was still bleeding, no one bothered to assist with that. There was little to no debrief after the procedure and my concerns about what happening during it were completely dismissed. The procedure ended up increasing my pain, something I’m still dealing with years later. As a woman, I’m used to medical maltreatment and not being taken seriously, but this was one of my worst experiences ever in 18 years of treatment. Please do your research before visiting this clinic.
