I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience at Northwest Florida Surgery Center. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was met with an atmosphere of calm, efficiency, and genuine warmth. Surgery can be an overwhelming experience, but the team here goes above and beyond to make sure you feel like family rather than just another case number. ​The check-in process was seamless, and the facility itself is impeccably clean and modern. However, the real stars of this center are the nurses and the support staff. They were my guardian angels throughout the day—constantly checking on my comfort, offering words of encouragement, and making sure my family was kept informed. Their attentiveness and gentle care turned a stressful day into a peaceful journey toward healing. ​Every person I encountered, from the intake desk to the recovery room, treated me with the utmost dignity and respect. I definitely recommend this facility. I have been a patient for many years and have always had top notch care. The head nurse Donna (she has been there a long time) is a true professional and also a lovely, compassionate person. I believe her leadership makes for a great, caring team. If you are considering a surgery center I would put my faith in them.

Surgery is never fun, but the folks at NW Surgery Center made my medical procedure an absolute success. I am very thankful to everyone involved especially my nurses Bridget L and Leanne H for their attention to detail, care and genuine concern.

My husband had knee surgery a few weeks ago here. The staff was excellent and provided exceptional care. We were worried about what to expect because of previous reviews but the experience we received was nothing short of great. The building is older but the waiting area as well as the recovery area was clean and pretty up to date. I would definitely use the facility again and have no concerns about the care we would receive.

My husband had the best care by the staff there. I’ve had several procedures done but never here and I would absolutely recommend them here. Panama City does not have many great options in certain aspects of health care in this area and I would say this place is top notch!
