I have found that everyone I encounter for a visit, from the check-in folks, to the nurse, to my doctor, are all very pleasant and welcoming. I'm not made to feel like I am just a number and herded in and out. This is all while being understaffed, which all medical facilities seemingly are these days. I have treated with Lexington Clinic for nearly 35 years and have never been tempted to switch to another provider.
You have more appointments than you do parking spaces. You need to clear all the ice from your lot. Not only to clear your spaces but to make it safe for people walking in. Your an ORTHOPEDIC. People who are coming in have injuries that make walking difficult. I know you can do better. When you moved you lost your covered garage and you did not build a second one. What jack wagon decided this brilliant move?
I really like my doctor, and my in-person experiences are very nice when I meet with him, but every single time I'm on the phone with one the of nurses or call the clinic, whoever answers the phones, they always have a very nasty attitude. I don't really understand it. It's not all of them, but majority. Maybe y'all should work on teaching proper customer service and attitudes. Like, I understand the job is hard, but there's no reason to try to argue with patients, talk down on them or be condescending, or take it out on them, etc. Begging y'all to work on that.
I felt safe and secure the moment I walked in the reception desk girls all had a smile and were very friendly and accommodating X-rays went smoothly and your not just left for a long time in fact whole process of my appointment was rather fast the doctor was also very nice friendly and very helpful and gives a good injection lol I just loved this place never would go anywhere else god bless this place
The general surgeon doctor wasn’t very friendly and was genuinely very unhelpful and seemed slightly clueless in my possible options with the issue I am struggling with. Wouldn’t recommend this place.
