I came in for an evaluation for eye surgery. Dr. Smith was great. In addition to his medical expertise, he also had a true understanding for what I was experiencing, and how eye surgery would affect my quality of life. He took the time to carefully and completely answer all my questions and address all of my concerns. The rest of the staff I interacted with were all amazing, too. Everyone was knowledgeable and kind. I never felt pressured or rushed, and the whole experience was easy and seamless.
Cataract evaluation. When scheduling, staff prepare you for 3-4 hours… which includes wait time. Expected. Once called back, whole operation ran like. Well-oiled Machine. Dalton, my tech, was wonderful and professional! After all the prelim texts , only a short wait time to actually see Dr Smith. He, too, was very professional and quick! Highly recommend.
This was an great experience. And as we were leaving my friend fell, the staff was really great in helping us and calling 911. The pressure wrap that your guy did, was so good she didn't need stitches, everything turned out well. Thank you all so much, and I will see you soon
Commonwealth Eye center is the best. Can not say enough. All the doctors, office and staff assistants, pre-op and recovery put me at ease. Advised me of everything they were doing. Special kudos to "my girl" in recovery. Sorry, I don't remember her name. She is one of a kind! My outcome exceeded my expectations and could not be more pleased. The procedure went smoothly, and there were no issues with the process. The entire staff from the people that greet you when you enter, and the staff that explains what is going to happen as they do their work were extremely sympathetic which helped me get ready for the surgery. The results turned out better than they said it would. I was told that distance vision would be restored but that I might need reading glasses for small close up details. Somehow, I don't need any glasses at all! Their process turned back the clock forty years for me!!!
