Reading other reviews, I was a bit surprised by some of the negative comments, but I am happy to share my experience, which was a positive one. I have to start by saying I’d never been put under with anesthesia, so the thought of it made me very anxious, and I definitely was dealing with some nerves on the day of my visit. The facility is not a fancy, ultra-modern looking clinic, as stated by another reviewer, but I found the space appeared clean, safe, and adequate for my procedure. The highlight of my experience was the people there. It began with the receptionist who was knowledgeable and professional, and helped me understand what to expect with insurance. When I was admitted back, I was greeted by Laura, whose smile and kind way of dealing with me helped calm my nerves a bit. Anxiety picked up a bit, and after getting the IV inserted into my arm, I found my legs were quivering. Laura could tell I was anxious, I’m sure, but she sorta distracted me with small talk, but also assured me that everything would be fine. The anesthesiologist, Amy was the next person I met. She was very knowledgeable and patient, and gave me advice on what to expect with insurance. She and Hannah were with me after I was rolled back for the procedure and their sense of humor and warm demeanor made it so I was no longer worried about anything, and I felt I was in good hands. Dr. Savaria asked me questions and gave info on what I could expect, and I felt like though he wasn’t overly energetic or compassionate, he was professional and appeared fully capable. I don’t think there’s anything more I could’ve asked for with this procedure. I’d much rather have the team of people I had that day rather than a fancy facility filled with nurses and doctors who treat me like I’m just another patient. I’d recommend this facility to anyone!
The staff were EXCEPTIONAL in making me feel comfortable, being professional and being on time. I also heard them deal with a very disrespectful patient, and I was so impressed. Highly recommend - they made an uncomfortable procedure something very easy to get through. Thank you to the Staff!
I only put a one star because I had to. This place is rude and unprofessional. I get there at 12:30 for a 1:30 procedure. It’s 1:45 and I still haven’t been called back. I asked when I would be called back and she said she didn’t know. She then said that I had 2 people in front of me and didn’t know when I would be called back. So, I basically wasted my time with this place. I had to prep for a colonoscopy (terrible), take off from work, drive from Nashville just to not be seen . I highly recommend going somewhere else!!!
