This center is privately owned by surgeons who do not know how to run a surgery center. It will soon be bought out (hopefully). The president, Dr. Matthew Garfinkel, does not understand that there are rules and regulations that need to be followed to keep patients safe. I have seen unethical practices here, mold on the ceiling, and a failing HVAC system. Administration has no back bone & does not follow their own policies - putting patients at risk. Beware!
