Apart from the very nice girls at the front desk, everyone that actually handles the procedures at this facility is extremely unprofessional and imcompetent with their “job”. They cant even do their one job correctly. Someone called my dad a week before the procedure to go over his medical history, but he was never asked about any chest pain until right before his procedure. According to them they needed a clearance from a cardiologist, which had we known ahead of time and its something so critical for them to have, we should have been asked to bring with us and we wouldve brought it with us instead of being inconvenienced of driving more than 30 minutes each way and wasting our entire morning there for nothing. The supervisor was also extremely dismissive of our frustration with them, condescending, and his apology did not seem sincere at all. It seemed as though they didnt want to take any responsibility for their mistake and trying to blame my dad for not going to get the pain in his chest checked out. I would not recommend this facility at all, go somewhere else where you can trust they will do their job properly and not waste your time due to their imcompetence.

I had a procedure done on Monday 11/18 have to say I was nervous the staff everyone made me feel comfortable and not having a worry in the world every nurse the front receptionist everyone were excellent have to say dr Feeman is awesome !!! This office deserves 100 stars

Excellent care but updating the waiting area/bathroom would be a good idea. The 1990’s wallpaper makes it feel run down . A fresh paint job would exude more cutting edge professionalism. As we know first opinions are important..

Seriously one of the BEST medical visits ever, and so that there’s no confusion as to which facility I’m referencing, its “Menlo Park Surgery Center” at 10 Parsonage Rd. Edison, NJ. I went for an out-patient ortho procedure with Dr. Chen (who is awesome by the way). It was during COVID-19 (Aug 14th) and everything went so smoothly and well. The facility was super clean, they practiced Social Distancing (I mean as much as could be expected since they have to poke and pry at you for treatment). But it’s the staff who are awesome, starting with Lauren (the surgical coordinator who contacts you prior to the procedure day), the receptionist on the day of (nice African American lady, sorry I can’t recall her name) she handled the check-in documents and escorted the patients in and out, also the nurses (Kelly & Edison), the anesthesiologists (Female MD) and everyone else there were just so professional and very kind, which made an anxious situation much better, and I thank you all. I’m not sure who manages this facility, but I believe the climate of an organization starts at the top. So Kudos to you, and keep doing what your doing. I would highly recommend this facility. Thank you.
