You can tell they have no clue how to operate a business outside of the actual surgeon doing his job. Not allowed to leave if you are the driver but yet they ask for your phone number. If you do leave you will be blacklisted. Okay others would be happy to take my money, nobody really cares.

The billing dept is terrible, they sent me a bill months after both eye surgeries and paying what I was told to pay the day I had each surgery. Then turned me over to collection when I didn't pay fast enough. When I tried to pay it off I was told two different balance. It has been a nightmare trying to pay them off. No one seems to know my balance. I just paid off collection, I'm sure I'll hear from them again.😡

Update 01-08-24. Glad to see you that the bathroom lights got replaced and the toilet seat. Glad to see the hallway lights have been replaced. You have so many patients coming in for cataract surgery they can't see as it is and you're going to make them walk down a dark hallway to get to the bathroom to a dark bathroom. I shouldn't have to email you to bring this to your attention regarding safety issues this is something you guys should be checking on a weekly basis or at least a monthly basis. You do need to put hooks on the back of the bathroom doors because people have jackets and purses and bags they need to hang up while they're going to the bathroom instead of putting them on the dirty floor. I'm glad you guys made some effort. But you guys still need to work on your communication. Don't let patients think you forgot about them. ---------- Not impressed are they running behind which I understand but they do need to communicate. Patients are nervous enough without added stress of waiting longer without communication. Communication is important for understanding. Otherwise patient feel forgotten about. Common courtesy would be nice. The bathrooms in this facility are horrible they don't even replace lights when they're broken. The toilet seat looks roughed up pretty bad I guess they can't afford $20 for a new one. No hook on the back of the door to hang up a jacket purse or a bag or hat. Bathrooms are disgusting I can't believe the employees are okay with using it. You know you brag about your business being so awesome maybe you need to take another look from a different standpoint. You're definitely are behind on the times with all this paperwork instead of electronic paperwork. Our time is valuable also just like yours so a common courtesy of communication would be very nice instead of us making us feel like you forgotten about us. Put yourself in our shoes how would you like your family members treat it like that? You definitely need to work on the bathrooms, unsanitary and you guys are scared of covid but you don't mind having disgustingly nasty gross bathrooms. Oh and I forgot to mention one of the employees parked their car in the front where the patients come out they parked it there all day did not move it why not in a parking spot? Why did they have special privileges? Plus when patients are picked their car has to be out further because of the employee car sitting there all day. Major inconvenience. Also, the hallway that leads to the bathroom is dark. Lights need to be replaced. Ladies restroom also needs a light replaced. That is a safety hazard. Safety should be your 1st priority not just for the employees but patients too. The last thing you need is for someone to trip because the hallway is too dark to see anything. A lawsuit waiting to happen. DO BETTER!

I've been fortunate enough to have 2 procedures here (will be having my third tomorrow). Wonderful experience from over-the-phone pre-op to check in to the surgery nurse pre-op, nurse anesthetist, in the OR, and post-op. Very caring people that clearly all get a long well and put your care first. My kids have had procedures at a different facility and it was a very different experience. Rushed, not great information, a TON of complicated check in process. But not here. It is always a great experience.

I had the cataract in my right eye removed today at the center and it was a pleasant and professional experience. There are great people working there providing a great service. I will be returning next month for my left eye procedure and will give an update once more and add more photos.
