I received a call from the scheduling depart to schedule an CT scan. The scheduler was not aware of the issue I had before with this department so I asked to speak with a supervisor and was transferred to Andrea. Andrea (scheduling supervisor) was rude and unprofessional. First off, she didnt even have my info pull up in the system as she advised me that she did not have her computer on and didnt need it due to the scheduler telling her my name. Nonetheless, her tone was not user friendly. I asked to speak with someone over her so I could get everything squared away. She proceed to tell me that her supervisor was not available and that I could call back later. So I asked to who I needed to call to file a complaint. Well she did not like that and proceeds to hang up the phone in my face.
For weeks I’ve been unable to contact the family medicine staff via phone (Dr. Reddy’s office specifically) Every time I’ve called to speak with staff (10 times at least) it immediately goes to their full inbox. I had an appointment scheduled weeks in advance. Even went in person earlier this week to confirm it was still on. The evening before my appointment they left me a voicemail saying actually the doctor won’t be in at that time. I can’t even call them back to get a new time and online the appointment are booked two months out. It’s ridiculous I need to take time out of my work day to see them in person every single time I need to speak with someone at the front desk.
