While we have multiple doctors and other medical activities at this location, we must state that two areas at or near entrance 4 are terrible. First, the parking lot on this side of the building is atrocious. When wheeling my husband into entrance 4, I almost dumped him out several times due to the rough pavement and many crackes. This is a severe safely issue, especially for a medical center. Secondly, there is no working automatic door at this entrance. It has been broken for years and it is very hard to maneuver my husband and his wheelchair in or out. The rest of the facility and parking areas are fine. I just wish they would attend to entrance 4 and the pavement near it.
