I had a nerve block done today with Ginsberg and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, the procedure was quick, and I felt comfortable and well cared for the entire time. The staff was professional, attentive, and made what could have been a stressful situation much easier. I truly appreciate the care and compassion shown and would highly recommend Ginsberg to anyone needing this type of treatment.
Absolutely wonderful! Everyone was so kind and understanding to make the procedure go flawless from check in to checkout. There were moments I didn't feel well, they were patient until I felt better to move on. Dr. Johnson and staff came highly recommended, I understand why.
I don’t know why my first post below didn’t go through but had my third session with Dr. Ginsburg today and again the place is awesome. Dr. Ginsburg is beyond comforting while doing his thing (And he does it very well!!) . The only thing I have to say is the wait time once you get in the back can be sometimes be a little long which adds a bit to the nervousness but I will continue to come to this facility hands down! Was very nervous upon arrival as I didn’t know what to expect with the shots (2x) but staff and Dr. Ginsburg completely put me at ease. procedure was flawless and quick! Highly recommend him!
Fantastic from reception to discharge. Person at reception was very personable. Intake nurse was top notch, kind , helpful, and put me at ease, not to mention very professional. Recovery nurse (Tesa) I believe) was the absolute best; explained everything, kind, patient, professional. The best people in the positions. Well done!
