This practice was very nice and the staff is amazing from the front desk all the way through the process. PA Jackie was fantastic and actually listened and engaged in conversation. She was polite as well as very informative. I am looking forward to my next visit to this location. Highly recommend!
I met with Sam a few days ago for a follow up. He’s really good. He answered all my questions then scheduled a couple of tests. He seemed to be very caring about the problems I was having. A very pleasant & caring physician assistant. As always the staff are very friendly & nice.
I just had an endoscopy and I was extremely nervous! But thanks to Julia my nurse and the anesthesiologist Bradley made me forget about the whole thing! Dr Betty was so nice as always ! In general everyone was extremely nice! The nurse that helped me in my recovery was super sweet too and the guy who took me to my car was amaizing❤️, everyone is awesome !!! They love their job and what they do and they do it well! Thank god 🙏🏼I got them with me today!!! 100%recommended! If you are planning on doing this procedure, please come to this place! Very professional care from beginning to end, pun intended. I had an issue raised by MRI scan and a colonoscopy was needed to determine what if anything was going on. They got me scheduled fast, sent helpful, clear pre procedure instructions, and we’re waiting to receive me right on time. Everyone I encountered were kind and efficient. Dr. Deconfresco was aware of the issue and carefully explained the results and findings. I couldn’t have been more pleased. Well done.
It was a very comfortable experience in an awkward procedure. Everyone was professional and very kind. Dr. CoFrancesco's reputation as an exceptional physician with a great bedside manner continues in my family and his staff, from the initial contact to the end result at the facility is flawless. My supervisor heard from me about my procedure and she indicated that she will look into using Dr. CoFrancesco for her procedure. If i could give more than five stars, i would.
